Welcome to Surge!
Founded in 1976, as Radio Heffalump in the F-Block in Glenn Eyre, almost 50 years later, Surge Radio has won mutliple awards in Student Radio and Student TV. We mainly focus on
- Student Radio - Presenting your own show every week. Whatever the theme is totally up to you as you have full control in a relaxed environment
- Independent projects - Whether you have a script or want to create a short documentary, we can provide guidence and equiptment, in order to see your vision come to life!
- Live Broadcast - *These do take alot of preparation so they do not happen that often, but we sometimes come together to produce a live show, with a mixture of live presenting and pre-made content. Previous streams include SUSU elections and Futsal!

These are the current membership fees offered by SURGE, although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.
